Delete MetaHealthThai SOS Account
Method 1: Use Delete Account inside the MetaHealthThai SOS App on your original device.
Method 2: Start deletion on this web page and confirm ownership using the original MetaHealthThai SOS App. Both methods use the same original Phone identity.
Start account deletionIf you cannot access the original device
MetaHealthThai SOS uses an anonymous, device-bound cryptographic identity. Account ownership is confirmed using the private key stored on the original device.
If the original device identity is no longer available, MetaHealthThai cannot safely determine which anonymous account belongs to the requester.
To protect other people's accounts, an account whose ownership cannot be verified will not be deleted through a request from outside the original device.
If MetaHealthThai SOS still works on your original device and you have not deleted or reinstalled the app, use Delete Account in the app or verify through that app from this page.
Reinstalling the app creates a new identity. The new identity cannot be used to prove ownership of the previous account.
